LetsCoolTogether.store is a recipe website. We do not sell drinks. We do not require a customer account to read recipes.

• Contact details you send us: name, email, phone, message, and (for privacy requests) US state and request type.
• Technical data from hosting logs: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time.
• Cookies needed to run forms and the admin login. See our cookie policy.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric data. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. Why we use it

• To answer you and keep the website working
• To handle privacy requests required by US law
• To keep the site secure and fix errors

4. We do not sell or share for ads

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no “Do Not Sell or Share” toggle because we do not sell or share in that way. You may still send us a request using the form on this page.

You may use an authorized agent where your state allows it. We will respond within the time your state requires (typically 45 days, with a possible extension).

7. Appeals

If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing us and writing “Privacy appeal” in the subject. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

8. Service providers

Our web host may process technical log data to keep the site online. They may not use it for their own advertising.
